Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank if this persists for more than 7 calendar days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns
30 days from the time of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We have a hassle-free policy and will accept returns within those 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and intact. It must also be contained in the original packaging.

Only products purchased from our site are eligible for returns.

Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost items in transit.
